Returns and your rights
Our guarantee goes further than the law requires, but here are your legal rights too, in plain English.
Changed your mind? (14-day cancellation)
You can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of tins and refills that are unopened, with the seal intact. Tell us by emailing hello@getpolygone.com, then send the items back within 14 days to [RETURNS ADDRESS]. Return postage is paid by you. We'll refund the product price and the original delivery cost (always £0) within 14 days of getting the items back. Opened? Our 30-day guarantee still has you covered.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. Email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and cover any return postage.
Wrong item
Our mistake, our cost. We'll send the right one straight away.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 3–5 working days to show them.
Subscriptions and cancelling
Cancel anytime online from your account. Cancelling stops future refills; anything already dispatched follows the rules above.
Problems
Something gone wrong? We'll fix it.
Late
Not arrived after 2–3 working days? Check your tracking link, then email us and we'll chase it.
Lost
If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days, we'll send a replacement.
Damaged
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it, free.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands, at no extra cost.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Update it in your account, or email hello@getpolygone.com before your order is dispatched and we'll change it.
Do I need to be in for delivery?
Not for refills. They're slim enough to post straight through your letterbox. Your first tin may need a signature-free safe place.
Can I change when my refill arrives?
Yes. You can change your refill date any time up to 24 hours before your renewal date, from your account.
What if I'm away when my refill is due?
Skip a month or pause your subscription with one click. Pausing or skipping keeps your founding price.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime online from your account, as easily as you signed up. No calls or emails needed.
Is the packaging plastic-free?
Yes. Your tin is steel, and we pack orders in a plastic-free mailer and paper tape.
Can I return an opened tin?
