We don't collect payment details through this site yet — joining the waitlist is free, and no payment is taken until we launch.

Klaviyo, our email platform, stores and sends waitlist emails on our behalf. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, if you accept cookies, to measure and improve our ads. We never sell your personal data.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK/EEA, for example in the US. Where they do, they rely on legal safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until a reasonable period after launch if the waitlist closes.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@getpolygone.com and we'll respond within a month.

This site and Polygone's products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
